At Elbesee we offer the complete solution, from tool design to the finished component.

We provide a full in house tool design and manufacturing facility.

We are able to work from most CAD drawings and file extensions and we also have CAM facilities.

This includes single or multiple cavity tools from simple open-and-close to multiple sliding keys.

Our moulding machines range from 25 to 100 tonnes, with component weight from one tenth of a gram to 150 grams.

We produce components in a variety of engineering and commodity plastics, such as:

- ABS  

- Glass filled nylon

- Nylon

- Polycarbonate

 - Polypropylene

- Polyethylene

- TPE

We offer colour matching together with various additives such as:

- Anti-static

- UV protection

These components can be produced in batch quantities from 100 pieces to 1,000,000 pieces.
